CARBOLIVA, S.L. (hereinafter CARBOLIVA) guarantees compliance with current regulations regarding personal data protection, as reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on Personal Data Protection, and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the Development of the LOPD. Use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.

1. Data Collection, Purpose, and Processing:

CARBOLIVA informs users that the data collected will be used by CARBOLIVA solely to address requests made by users through the contact form.

Operations, management, and technical procedures, whether automated or non-automated, that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions concerning personal data are considered personal data processing.

All personal data collected through the CARBOLIVA website, and thus considered personal data processing, will be incorporated into the files declared by CARBOLIVA to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

2. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties:

CARBOLIVA informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organizations, except when such transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service requires a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data will only be transferred to the third party when CARBOLIVA has the user’s express consent.

3. User Rights:

Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Personal Data Protection, grants interested parties the possibility to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.

To exercise these rights, the user must send a written communication, providing documentation that proves their identity (ID or passport), to the following address: CARBOLIVA, S.L. C/Vía Sacra Nº 4, 41640, Osuna, Sevilla. This communication must include the following information: user’s full name, the request, address, and supporting data. The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be executed by an authorized person acting as the legal representative of the authorized party. In such a case, documentation proving this representation of the interested party must be provided.
